Hi I think I may have the same problem my kfx 50 won't start i have cleaned the carburetor air filter sparkplug etc and nothing when pressing the start button you can hear a sound like it wants to start but that is only by the carburetor and by the motor or the exhaust no noise ... Once the cltuch nut is off, remove the front cover and sheave together. remove the spacer. reinstall the front sheave and the nut.
