Wanted to share that I also had an issue with the loading gate and hammer - both were bent/warped. I was able to hammer the loading gate flatter but no luck with the hammer. I shoot 22mag in a couple of my rifles, so I bought cylinders, so all 3 have both. I haven't used one in the 9" yet, but the other 2 shoot both just fine.
